• 1903: after the death of Vasily Vasilyevich, the pharmacy passes into the possession of his son Alexander. Together with his brothers, he created a whole complex with laboratories, a factory, a library and warehouses.
• 1914: a charitable hospital is organized in the pharmacy, which continued to work during the Great Patriotic War.
• 1918: Having safely survived the revolution, the place was renamed into "Andreevskaya Pharmacy", then - into "97th Communal".
• 2005: A fire broke out in the historic building, most of the pharmacy was badly damaged. The interior and furniture were restored during the year.
• 2020: A multidisciplinary family clinic opens on the basis of Dr.Pel's historic hospital and pharmacy.
