Hospitals in Ulan-Ude

Ulan-Ude is the capital of Buryatia, a large cultural and industrial center, which, along with Khabarovsk and Vladivostok, is one of the three most densely populated and developed cities in the Far East. There are many monuments of archeology, history and architecture in Ulan-Ude and its environs. There are old Orthodox churches and not so long ago revived datsans - colorful Buddhist monasteries. The city is surrounded by mountains with wonderful landscapes. The world famous natural attraction, which tourists invariably rush to after visiting the capital of Buryatia, is Lake Baikal, located just 100 kilometers west of Ulan-Ude.
