Bioacoustic correction clinic at Petrogradskiy

About hospital
The BAC Clinics are a network of specialized medical institutions that provide services in the field of diagnosis and therapy of children and adults with CNS diseases and rehabilitation of patients with impaired brain function using innovative neurotherapy technologies.
The BAC method is used in clinics, which is effective for the treatment of diseases of the nervous system.
The BAC clinics use a multidisciplinary approach and employ qualified specialists in the field of:
- medicine: neurology, epileptology, functional diagnostics, pediatrics, physiotherapy, manual therapy and osteopathy, reflexology, physical therapy, massage, etc.
- psychology and correctional pedagogy: psychologists, neuropsychologists, speech therapists. various treatment methods are professionally and effectively combined – BAC therapy, physiotherapy methods (TCM, RLS, laser therapy, photochromotherapy and others), osteopathy, physical therapy
Our achievements:
Network of clinics: 10 medical institutions located in major cities of Russia. Our specialists are qualified doctors, neuropsychologists, speech therapists and other specialists in the field of neurorehabilitation. Mission: effective and affordable care for patients with diseases of the central nervous system (CNS)
Advantages of the method:
- High efficiency, proven by years of use
- Non-drug, non-invasive procedure under EEG control
- Lack of adaptation, side effects and age restrictions
- Compatibility and acceleration of other types of treatment, reduction of drug burden
- The comfort of the procedure for the patient
- Ease of using the method in practice
- 150+ scientific publications
- Dozens of randomized clinical trials and dissertations
- It is used in 1400+ medical treatment facilities in Russia and abroad
- It has no direct analogues
Bac therapy is carried out using medical equipment registered by the Ministry of Health :Synchro-S bioacoustic correction hardware and computer systems:
It is included in the standards of rehabilitation equipment (Order of the Ministry of Health No. 788N)
And modernization of primary health care (Order of the Ministry of Health No. 1379N)
The basis of the BAC therapy method:
- 5 patents for the method
- 2 patents for computer programs
- Patent RU 2,410,025 C2 – a method for normalizing a psychophysiological state
- Patent RU 2,428,927 C2 – a method for normalizing a psychophysiological state
- Patent RU 2,492,839 C1 – a method for activating speech functions
- Patent RU 2,624,154 C1 – a method for the treatment of cognitive disorders in children
- Patent RU 2,722,798 C2 – a method for restoring brain functions
The mechanism of action of the BAC method
During the LHC session, the patient's bioelectric brain activity is recorded via 4 or 8 EEG (electroencephalogram) channels and an acoustic signal of the audible range is applied in real time through headphones. In this case, the sound parameters are consistent with the frequency parameters of the EEG.
Thus, the procedure synchronizes and coordinates the external acoustic signal with the parameters of endogenous brain activity. The timing of the dendritic activity of the upper layers of the cortex, expressed in the EEG, with the afferent influx caused by acoustic exposure leads to a modulation of the activity of the NMDA complex (ion channels of the neuron membrane).
The NMDA receptor plays an important role in regulating signal transmission in many areas of the brain. Accordingly, any homeostatic dysfunction of NMDA receptor activity can lead to various pathologies. Thus, bioacoustic correction activates synaptic plasticity processes through the modulation of NMDA receptors. The modulation of these processes contributes to the restoration of the functions of the central nervous system.
Therapeutic effects:
- Regulatory, adaptogenic (improvement of sleep, psychoemotional state, etc.)
- Neurometabolic (improvement of cognitive functions: speech, attention, writing, etc.; psychostimulating, antiasthenic, tranquilizing, antidepressant, sedative) Hemodynamic (regulation of the cardiorespiratory system, improvement of vascular reactivity, normalization of blood pressure)
- Analgesic (tension headaches, anginal pains in angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, dorsopathy, neuropathy)
- Immunomodulatory (reducing the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections)
Areas of application: Neurology, Psychiatry, Cardiology, Sports medicine, Narcology, Correctional pedagogy, Professional activity.
Indications for use in neuropediatrics:
- Consequences of perinatal hypoxic-ischemic damage to the central nervous system
- Delayed speech development, uneven development of higher cortical functions
- Disorder of receptive, expressive speech (motor, sensorimotor alalia, stuttering, dysarthria)
- Attention deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Neurotic tics, neurotic stuttering
- Dissomnia – sleep disorders
- Recurrent respiratory infections in children
- Cerebrasthenic syndrome
- Learning disabilities at school (dysgraphia, dyslexia, dyscalculia)
- Adaptation disorders in the preschool and school community: functional enuresis
Indications for the use of BAC in adult patients:
- Functional disorders of the central nervous system: sleep disorders, neurosis, increased anxiety, neurotic stuttering and tics, panic attacks, PTSD
