About hospital
UDT (Unloading and dietary therapy, therapeutic fasting) is a method of non-drug treatment, recovery and cleansing of the body. The methodology followed in our institution was developed by Professor Y.S. Nikolaev.
Therapeutic fasting is based on voluntary short-term abstinence from food. During this period, the body switches to internal nutrition at the expense of its own reserves. Moreover, unnecessary deposits are being processed: fat and metabolic products. As a result, the metabolic processes are rearranged and the recovery and purification mode is started. There is also a decrease in body weight and improvement in many diseases.
Our medical building is located just 100 meters from Lake Baikal. Beautiful views from the window are an additional pleasant bonus.
UDT has a wide range of indications, has a beneficial effect on many concomitant diseases, contributes to the normalization of metabolic processes and the function of the cardiovascular system, improves the general condition of the patient (the appearance of vivacity, normalization of sleep, improvement of mental processes), is a powerful preventive agent, normalizes the activity of the immune system.
During UDT, the mechanism of natural selection is activated. To maintain healthy cells, the body uses diseased molecules and cells, while regenerative processes are activated at the molecular, cellular and tissue levels.
The UDT method fits seamlessly into the philosophy of the Center for Oriental Medicine, which adheres to the principles of an integrated approach to the body. A unique opportunity to reset your consciousness is provided to you in the village of Goryachinsk.
The course of treatment includes a unique training program. Training in combination with the method of fasting and dietary therapy and oriental medicine ensures the renewal of a person at all levels: intellectual, physical, spiritual.
"Proper fasting under the supervision of specialists allows people with chronic diseases to lose weight and rejuvenate, give up medicines and even completely recover."
What does therapeutic fasting do?
In conditions of complete cessation of food intake, a kind of "shake-up" of the body occurs, which awakens its hidden forces, mobilizing them to fight for the conditions of the best existence. Starvation here is a specific stimulus to which the body responds with a complex of protective adaptive reactions developed in the process of centuries-old evolution.
1) Purification from metabolic products
During fasting, the whole body is cleansed. All excretory systems work to release toxins. More than 150 harmful substances are excreted through the lungs alone.
2) Tissue renewal
The remarkable results of fasting are due not only to the removal of toxins. After all, the body is forced to live partly at the expense of its own tissues, and first of all it eats sick, degenerated cells.
No surgeon is able to remove individual affected tumor cells or ulcers, while maintaining neighboring healthy ones and not violating the integrity of the tissue. The great doctor – Hunger – treats exactly like this.
3) Protection from adverse environmental factors
Along with the "native" toxins and toxins formed in the body, introduced poisons are also excreted on hunger – from the chemistry that has flooded our everyday life, from the poisoned atmosphere, from waters and products.
4) Clarity of thought
Scientists, writers and other creative workers unanimously talk about the remarkable effect of hunger on thinking. Memory improves, sensitivity sharpens, and intuition increases.
5) Energy reserve
Hunger provides a reserve of energy. It seems incredible: how is it that a person does not eat anything, spends his strength, and his energy increases? But there is no paradox. Being deprived of organic food, the body intensively begins to absorb subtle energy from the environment. With the transition to regular nutrition, the effect of super-recovery is triggered - the body is gaining energy more intensively than before hunger, fortunately all possibilities appear for this.
The experience of passing the course of fasting and dietary therapy for many patients has proved that this method is the best means of cleansing and healing when food intake from the outside stops and the body switches to internal nutrition at the expense of accumulated reserves.
Diseases that are treated with therapeutic fasting
Therapeutic fasting can help in cases of severe chronic diseases when no medical treatment helps anymore. Using this method, there is no danger of causing another disease, as sometimes happens with medication. On the contrary, it turns out to have a general health-improving effect. It is also important to carry out it as a disease prevention.
