Retinal hemorrhage is bleeding from retinal vessels with blood pouring into various layers of the retina of the eye. It is clinically manifested by visual acuity disorders, the appearance of spots and blurring in the visual field. An asymptomatic course is possible. Conservative therapy is carried out with the use of hemostatics, glucocorticoids, angioprotectors, antioxidants. Extensive bleeding requires urgent surgical intervention.
