The TNIIKiF branch of the FSBI SibFNCC FMBA of Russia is the leading scientific institution of the Siberian Federal District for the development of new medical technologies for sanatorium treatment and medical rehabilitation, including after the provision of high-tech medical care, contingents to be serviced by the FMBA of Russia, taking into account the specifics of their professional activities and/or the presence of socially significant diseases, and criteria for predicting and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment based on the use of regional natural therapeutic resources; concepts of resort nature management of Siberian territories and rational development of unique natural resources of the region; experimental and clinical substantiation and development of technologies for the use of products based on regional natural raw materials for contingents to be serviced by the FMBA of Russia and medical support for highly qualified athletes; organization of the introduction of modern technologies for rehabilitation and curation of scientific and methodological work of sanatorium organizations in the region; provision of primary, specialized, including high-tech medical care, sanatorium treatment and medical rehabilitation to the population of the city ofSeversk, Tomsk, regions of the Siberian Federal District and other regions of the Russian Federation.
Currently, the Clinic of the Branch is the largest institution in the Tomsk region providing medical care in the profile of "medical rehabilitation" to residents of the city of Tomsk, Tomsk region and nonresident patients. The clinic provides specialized medical care:
- according to the profile "medical rehabilitation" for adult patients with lesions of the central and peripheral nervous system, musculoskeletal system, somatic pathology, including cardiorehabilitation (in outpatient, inpatient and day hospital conditions);
- according to the profile "medical rehabilitation" for children (in stationary conditions);
- spa treatment according to neurological, gynecological, urological, therapeutic profiles.
The staff consists of highly qualified medical personnel: 10 candidates of sciences, 4 doctors of sciences, 1 professor.
40 doctors have the highest qualification categories, 6 doctors have the first qualification categories.
