Volgograd Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary is a modern and technologically advanced center, which uses advanced technologies and capabilities of the most modern types of medical equipment. The clinical diagnostic laboratory is a modern laboratory with a wide range of diagnostic studies, including specialized tests for the diagnosis of oncological and hematological diseases, as well as a wide range of routine analyzes.
The good technical equipment of the X-ray diagnostic department and a fully staffed staff make it possible to diagnose any complexity in the shortest possible time.
Endoscopic examinations in our institution are performed using the most modern Japanese expert–class equipment - the Olympus Exera-III video system with NBI technology. This system allows you to get an image in HD quality format, which improves the diagnostic value of the study, and NBI technology allows you to identify foci of minor pathology up to 2-3 mm in terms of color and relief of the mucous membrane.
All types of ultrasound diagnostics - conducting the entire range of ultrasound examinations in order to identify the pathology of various organs in the early stages of the disease.
The dispensary has 9 surgical departments and 11 modern operating rooms, 2 intensive care units.
A distinctive feature of the dispensary is the possibility of combining all methods of combined and complex treatment in a single hospital. All patients admitted to the department are discussed at a multidisciplinary team meeting with oncologists, oncoradiologists, chemotherapists, radiotherapy and diagnostic specialists before making a decision on treatment tactics.

The children's polyclinic department with a day hospital is a structural unit of the Dispensary, created to provide advisory, diagnostic and therapeutic care.
The children's cancer center is also organized as part of the Dispensary, as an inter-territorial unit for the treatment of children with malignant neoplasms.
To speed up the recovery process of patients after treatment, the dispensary has opened the only center for medical rehabilitation of patients with oncological diseases in the Southern Federal District with the possibility of round-the-clock monitoring of patients. The main goal of the Rehabilitation Center is to help patients who have undergone or are undergoing treatment for cancer to quickly and effectively return to normal life. Among the services provided by the rehabilitation center, there are equipment for restoring musculoskeletal functions, massage rooms, other wellness treatments and a psychologist's office.
