National Medical Research Center of Cardiology after academician E. Chazov is located in Moscow and is the oldest Federal State Cardiology Institution of the Ministry of Health of Russia. It received its name in 1967. The Institute is headed by the Director of the National Medical Research Center of Cardiology of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
The main directions of Cardiology Center are atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, thrombosis, acute myocardial infarction, arterial hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, primary myocardial damage, and circulatory failure and all other cardiology diseases.
Center includes 16 departments and 4 independent diagnostic laboratories. Hospital has 400 beds.
For foreign patients Center provides translators, transfers, etc.
